Are you passionate about the tire industry and motivated by helping others succeed? Point S Tire USA is looking for a driven and relationship-focused New Member Advisor to guide and support new members across the country. This full-time, exempt, remote-based role involves significant travel and hands-on interaction, ensuring that each new member has a successful and rewarding onboarding experience. You will report to the National New Member Manager. 

Role Summary 
As a New Member Advisor, you’ll be the front-line ambassador of the Point S brand—helping independent tire dealers transition into the Co-op, maximize their benefits, and grow their business. From co-branding support to purchasing guidance and program adoption, you’ll be their trusted partner every step of the way. You'll also provide high-touch service to key accounts, fostering deeper engagement with corporate initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead onboarding visits with new members to ensure smooth, timely integration.
  • Follow first and second visit checklists; help members meet brand standards.
  • Support the completion of Point S branding on store exteriors and interiors.
  • Educate members on purchasing opportunities and develop action plans to reach 80%+ share of account.
  • Work with both A-share (branded) and B-share (non-branded) members, encouraging conversion where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—Marketing, Purchasing, Customer Service, IT, and Business Management—for seamless member support.
  • Promote member participation in training programs like Master Shop and other formal industry development.
  • Encourage and facilitate attendance at regional and national meetings.
  • Provide elevated service to key members requiring more intensive support.
  • Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Stay up to date through ongoing professional development, including training, seminars, and tradeshows.
  • Travel extensively, especially during the onboarding phase

Qualifications
 
  • 3+ years of experience in the tire industry; experience in both retail and wholesale preferred.
  • Background in account management or customer success preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Compensation & Benefits
 
  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $20,000 in commission
  • Tools Provided: Laptop, phone, software, and all necessary business tools
